A green channel for emergency supplies has been opened by the Shanghai Emergency Management Bureau to fight against the novel coronavirus pneumonia outbreak. On January 26, in just two hours, mobile toilets, supporting dirt bags and coagulants were delivered to both Shanghai Jiao Tong University and Tongji University’s affiliated hospitals to ease the clinical pressure. On January 27 and 28, tents, cotton coats and emergency lights were delivered to police officers controlling the vehicles and personnel entering the city via road.
