According to the Shanghai Tourism Administration, as of Saturday, 2.08 million people had visited the city since the start of the Spring Festival holiday. The Oriental Pearl TV Tower and Shanghai Science and Technology Museum have been the most popular attractions, followed by Shanghai Wildlife Park and Shanghai Zoo. The number of people visiting Zhujiajiao water town in Qingpu District yesterday exceeded the limit imposed by the government and measures were taken to stop people entering. A similar incident was reported at the Shanghai Science and Technology Museum in the Pudong New Area as the number of visitors reached 8,006 at 10:42am, while its daily maximum is 10,000.
