Globetrotting culinary experience at The Langham - March 13, 2015

来自新天地朗廷的美味

EXECUTIVE Chef Tom Tang and his culinary brigade have recently re-engineered the menu of Cachet’s dinner buffet at The Langham, Shanghai, Xintiandi. From the sourcing and matching of ingredients, through to cooking techniques, all have been meticulously planned and pursued to impress every patron with the finest dining experience.

On top of the healthy salad bar and decadent dessert choices, guests are treated to a dazzling spread at the seafood station, featuring baby lobsters, mussels, Alaskan king crab legs, Alaskan snow crab legs, prawns, flower crabs, scallops and more. All these are sure to satiate one’s appetite for fruits de mer.

Over at the Japanese station of the new dinner buffet, guests will also be treated to the freshest salmon, tuna and octopus, with our chefs ready to present you with your preferred handmade sushi.

What’s more, one doesn’t need to go abroad and to savor the famous Jamon Iberico of Spain as it’s available here.

At the cheese station, one can also experience a rich variety of imported cheeses, including Spanish manchego, stilton, French brie, Sartori Merlot Bella Vitano and Sartori Espresso Bella Vitano.

Don’t miss out on the roasted suckling pig and baked oysters, and we recommend the Indian station and the noodle station as well.

During the dinner buffet hours, the culinary team will specially prepare two main courses (fish or meat) in exquisite ways for guests to tuck in to. Daily options include baby lobster or beef, cod fish or Wagyu Bolar 5-6; Argentinian red prawn or beef fillet.

Cachet dinner buffet is available nightly from 6 to 10:30pm.

The price is 358 yuan (US$57) plus 15 percent surcharge per person from Sundays to Thursdays, and 398 yuan plus 15 percent surcharge on Fridays, Saturdays and public holidays. Children aged between 6 and 12 are charged half-price while those 5 or under dine free of charge.

Free-flow local beer, soft drinks, juices, coffee and tea are provided during the buffet period.
